The process of receiving into a pallet is similar to a normal receiving procedure; however, the key difference is the requirement to enter the LPN information during the transaction. Specifically, when performing the receiving in the PO Receipt form, you should enter the LPN number into the ‘LPN’ field located at the very bottom of the form. This step designates the pallet that you are receiving into. Furthermore, you can click on the search button to bring up a list of the LPNs that are currently residing in the chosen location.
After you scan the LPN barcode into the ‘LPN’ field, the system automatically performs a matching process between the required item in the selected customer order and the item contained in the chosen pallet. As a result, the items in the pallet that fulfill the customer order lines will then appear under the ‘Match’ tab.
To put items into an existing pallet, you can use the Pallet Builder function. First, scan the LPN barcode or select it from the list by clicking on the search button. Next, scan the item details—such as the lot, current location, and quantity—to be built into the selected pallet. As a result, the system records the information accurately and links it to the pallet for easy tracking.

The Pallet Move function is especially useful when you need to transfer an entire pallet to a new location in your warehouse. To begin, open the Pallet Move function on your mobile device. Then, select the LPN to be moved, and finally, enter the destination location. As a result, the system updates the pallet’s status and ensures accurate inventory tracking.
The Pallet Transfer function allows you to move items from one pallet to another within the same location. To perform the transfer, first enter the source LPN and then the destination LPN. Next, input the item details to be transferred. Consequently, the system updates both pallets to reflect the changes, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
